The Enneagram test is a psychological tool which assesses an individual's tendencies and then assigns him or her to 1 of 9 different personality types. For my storybook, I plan on using the different personality types as a storytelling tool to discuss various aspects of some greek gods and goddesses. From many famous mythology stories, each of these figures are well-known for their character traits, urges, strengths, and weaknesses. These original stories will help assess a couple of gods and goddesses' enneagram types and then create stories which illustrate their compatibilities of eachother and personality traits more in-depth.
Type 8: The Challenger, Poseidon
This story will feature Poseidon. In the traditional stories of Homer's Iliad, Poseidon's role often fits many traits of a typical type 8. For anyone who rules the sea, earthquakes, and horses must have aggressive and strong-willed actions. To illustrate these qualities, I want to retell the story of Poseidon and his brothers battling and then defeating the Titans.

Type 6: The Loyalist, Ares
This story will feature Ares and the traits he has that demonstrate qualities of a type 6, loyalist. Although Ares is the known for being the God of war, I also want to display the loyalty he had towards his children that motivated him to be so emotionally-driven and destructive while killing enemies. I want to retell the story of his involvement in the Trojan war.

Type 2: The Caregiver, Hera
So while there are two gods featured above, I also want to portray the enneagram of Hera, a enneagram type 2. With these three stories, I hope to compare Hera's romantic compatibility with Ares and Poseidon which I will further elaborate on in a new story after introducing her. I want to illustrate her character by retelling a story revolving around her anger with Zeus.
